Built by two women who needed this first

Still Point was created by a licensed somatic therapist and her close friend —
two women who both know what it feels like to carry the weight of childhood
and relational trauma in their bodies. The tension that lives in your shoulders.
The hypervigilance that won't let you rest. The disconnection from yourself
that becomes so familiar you forget it isn't normal.

One of us spent years in clinical training, learning the science
of the nervous system and the body-based practices that actually
create lasting change. The other spent years building businesses,
understanding how to take something valuable and put it
into the hands of the people who need it most.

We both found our way back to ourselves through somatic work —
through learning to listen to our bodies, to regulate our nervous systems,
and to finally feel safe in our own skin. Still Point exists because we believe
these tools shouldn't be locked behind a therapy office door.
They should be accessible, practical, and available
to anyone who's ready to come home to their body.
